Our cementseal is applied to bare block. We like to spray the block below final grade to ensure a good seal. The cementseal will adhere to the block for the life of the building. Giving you a base coat that can be topcoated with paint and freshed up for years to come. The cementseal can be left as is providing a hydrostatic barrier for the building until you desire to paint for a fresh look.
Sealing masonry block

Our Cementseal coating seals block and coats poured walls to give a uniform non-porous coating which holds back hydrostatic pressure. This coating can be used as a standalone to protect and preserve your walls and provides an excellent base to which we can then coat with a latex or our epoxy and urethane coating system for ultimate cleanability and duration.
